Clare Hampton - Co Founder | Hypnotherapist
My name is Clare and I’m a highly passionate and professional holistic hypnotherapist and Reiki practitioner based in Bali. I’m originally from the U.K. and have lived and worked in many wonderful places all over the world from Sicily all the way to Hong Kong. My intrigue and interest lie with how different languages, cultures, and spirituality shape our thought patterns, which in turn create the lives we live.
I have a profound understanding of what it takes to commit to healing ourselves and the depth and power of hypnotherapy. My own healing journey of yin yoga, body work, energy work, breath work and hypnotherapy has allowed me to delve into my own internal blocks, triggers, fears, and enabled me to work my light to heal, grow and lead a happier and healthier life.
My Mission
My passion and purpose is to raise awareness that we can heal from any kind of issue and help others gain profound wisdom and powerful shifts within the mind and body. My mission is to support people in self-actualising in their own lives and finding their mission.
I love discovering new places and can be found exploring the beaches and rice terraces in Bali, enjoying delicious local food, reading by the sea, and discovering complementary healing modalities.
Qualifications
I’m a certified hypnotherapist (Holistic Hypnotherapy Diploma from HHHypnosis, Bali), and a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists.
I’m also a qualified Reiki practitioner.

“I had never tried Hypnotherapy before but Clare was highly recommended through a friend and since I was having some issues that I wanted to work through, release them and move on, I was motivated and curious to do a session with Clare. All I can say is WOW! I had no idea what to expect going into the session, but Clare was very thorough in explaining the whole process to me, was incredibly calm and re-assuring and I felt 100% relaxed with her.
